Release from Admiralty of Justice on nation's enactment of the Charter of Social Interest Trust Act on December 1st, 2021.

The Admiralty of Justice wishes to inform that the Nation in Light has acted on the recommendations to enact the Charter of Social Interest Trust Act or Social Code, as of the first of December 2021, as ratified, and is in full force and effect.
The Social Code is is a new approach to the rule of law, de-criminalizing the language of the Act in less offending forms, such as using the word "social aberrant" instead of "criminal" and "incoachment" instead of "imprisonment".
On the basis of best available knowledge in science, society, rule of law and related procedures, how they operate or not in various territories, this is a new approach to the application of law that introduces Artificial Intelligence (AI) judicial procedures to streamline the time and costs involved to secure judicial remedy for the social, economic or basic interests of our people in all territories of the world.

The Charter of the UN was originally signed on November 1st in 1945 by the originating states.

The Admiralty is pleased of the new dialogue that this ratification of convention may open among world nations, in welcome to establishing peaceful diplomatic relations with the Nation in Light through assigns at the Admiralty of Foreign Affairs.

The Admiralty of Finance wishes to inform that the Nation in Light has acted on the recommendations of executive to gain Ascent of the Charter of Public Interest Trust Act as was enacted on November 17th of 2021 by the Nation in Light, establishing the first central bank of the nation as the Central Trust in Light.
The executive of the nation will provide economic oversight through the Admiralty of Finance, Admiralty of Justice as directed under a newly established Council of Governors of the Central Light in Trust.

The conventions are importantly tied to the Social Law Bill 052 in reading at the House of Peaceful Representatives, the enactment of the Charter of Public Interest Trust Act and other matters of state.
The government's international policy is premised on the fundamental right of public interest of citizens as provided in the duty of care obligation of the governments to citizens; despite the nature of their predicaments in life.
The humanitarian convention achieved in the ratification of these international conventions-in-suite is remarkable and the nation is proud to support such a field of public law as in concert with the world to achieve more peaceful, highly rule-of-law positioned societies upon our Earth.
