The Admiralty of Service of the Nation in Light prepares and implements the employment policy, labor law, industrial relations, social and solidarity of public interest of the State. In this capacity, the Admiralty is also responsible for the financing of public interest and the preparation of the budget. In addition, the Admiralty of Service prepares and implements employment policy and law for all employees of government, departments and agencies, including for personnel of the Earth Space United (ESU) Forces as the security and defense service of the Nation in Light.

 The Admiral of Service also sits as a member of the Council of Admirals, as a member of the House of Peaceful Representatives, and various other committees of government.
