The Admiralty of Foreign Affairs of the Nation in Light prepares and implements the international relations through social and legal policy of the State. In this capacity, the Admiralty is also responsible for defending public interest and the preparation of the administration and budget. In addition, it defines the policy with regard to the interaction among foreign nations in the participation of peaceful cohabitation and trade.

All Admiralties of the Nation in Light are attached to the Admiralty of Foreign Affairs to operate in the deliverance of the public interest among foreign nations. The Admiral of Foreign Affairs also sits as a member of the Council of Admirals, as a member of the House of Peaceful Representatives, and various other committees of government.

The responsibilities of the Admiralty of Foreign Affairs includes:

1. International Relations: Coordination between departments of Admiralty in the field of international relations, foreign and security policy, peacekeeping operations, international cultural or religious relations, international organizations and conferences, international treaties and agreements, administration and general coordination of the Admiralty, diplomatic and consular service, including passports, visas and legislations, and government protocol.

2. International Economic Relations: multilateral economic organizations, international commercial policy, promoting the Nation in Light's image abroad.

3. An international goodwill ambassador acting in the best public interest in international matters of our people or State.
