The Admiralty of Justice
The Admiralty of Justice of the Nation in Light prepares and implements the rule of law policy of the State. In this capacity, the Admiralty is responsible for securing the public interest through the application of a well-disciplined rule of law in matters of civil, social aberrant behavior, business affairs, judicial organizations and incoachment facilities administration.
In addition, the Admiralty of Justice operates with the Admiralty of Foreign Affairs to define public interest policy with regard to international legal relations in convention, membership through participation in various international institutions.
All Admiralties of the Nation in Light are attached to the Admiralty of Justice to operate in nation, including the operation of the central bank through the Charter of Public Interest Trust Act. The Admiral of Justice is a member of the Council of Admirals, the Council of Governors of the central bank, a member of the House of Peaceful Representatives, and various other committees of government.

Social Aberrant Behavior Matters: (formally known as Criminal Matters) Social legislation and procedure assembling under the Social Law Bill 052 dealing with social aberrant behavior, clemency and review of social aberrant behavior trials, incoachment mediation, compensation of victims of violent behavior, compensation for inoperative pre-trial detention, weapons, guarding, explosives, arms, gambling and lotteries, corruption, terrorism, domestic or international judicial cooperation in social aberrant behavior matters, mutual legal assistance, national, international, extradition, and International Criminal Courts.

Business Affairs: Commercial legislation, Bankruptcy law, Company law, Accounting Law, Non-profit associations and foundations, Trade and Company Registry.

Judicial Organization: Relations with judges and justices of the judiciary and the administrative order, nominations, relations with the bars, complimentary courses in Nation in Light law and judicial training, relations with notaries, trainees, nominations, relations with bailiff, legal aid, legal expert, general condition of administrative litigation before the administrative courts.

Incoachment Facilities Administration; (formally known as a Prison Administration) Placed under the supervision of the Admiralty of Justice, is competent for the implementation of judicial decisions involving a measure or a penalty involving deprivation of liberty. The Incoachment Facilities Administration is competent for the implementation of custodial incoachment sentences. The Administration pursues the objective of reconciling the protection of social order, the sanction of the convicted person and in the interests of victims with the need to prepare the reintegration of the detained person.
