The Admiralty of ESU Forces of the Nation in Light prepares and implements the security and defense policy of the State. In this capacity, the Admiralty is also responsible for the preparation of the administration and budget. In addition, it defines the policy with regard to military service organization and control, and is responsible for external relations with various international public safety and security institutions.

The Admiral of ESU Forces also sits as a member of the Council of Admirals, as a member of the House of Peaceful Representatives, and various other committees of government.
