The Nation of Light was formed by Sovereign decree on the 5th of October 2019 regarding the organization of the Nation in Light's Government states: "The Admiralty shall supervise the general course of affairs and shall ensure the uphold of the unity of principles which is to be applied in the various parts of the state".

As the coordinator of the government's actions and bearing the responsibility of its unity in public interest, the position of the Admiral Prime of the Government unveils as singular regarding its preponderance and its essential action to guarantee the cohesion of the government and the effective implementation of the government's actions.

The Admiral Prime this presides the meetings of the government's Council of Admirals and the House of Peaceful Representatives and ensures the coordination of the general policy between the departments in admiralty and government in the delivery of duty of care public interest to people. The General Secretariat of the government's Council of Admirals is assisting the Admiral Prime in carrying out this task.

The role of the Admiral Prime is that of an inter-admiralty coordinator. In this regard, the duties of the Admiral Prime also include matters related to state security and intelligence. The Cybersecurity Board and the Emergency Preparedness Board are also integral parts of the Admiral Prime's portfolio.

Certain policy areas naturally fall within the remit of the Admiral Prime and Admiralty of the Nation in Light, and in particular, those related to the organization of the nation and the constitutional prerogatives of the government.

The Admiralty of Comms of the government of the Nation in Light serves to inform citizens, the media and interested circles about the activities carried out by government as provided in the Nation in Light Gazette.
